Account Deletion – Grubbs Energy
Users of the Grubbs Energy mobile application may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the following methods:
1. Within the Mobile Application
Open the Grubbs Energy mobile application, navigate to the SAV (After-Sales Service) section, and submit a message requesting account deletion and removal of mobile access.
2. By Email
Send a request to: info@grubbsenergy.com
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Through the Website
Submit a request using our Contact / Complaint form and select: "Account deletion / Remove mobile access"
Processing of Requests
All deletion requests are reviewed and processed manually by our administration team following verification of the requester's identity. We may request additional information to confirm your identity, such as verifying account details associated with your registered email address or phone number.
Data Deleted
Upon approval, we permanently delete:
- Account profile information (name, email, phone number, where applicable)
- Authentication credentials and access permissions
- Device push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging token)
- Documents uploaded by the user that are exclusively linked to the account
- Mobile access permissions to the portal
Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law, including but not limited to:
- Financial records
- Contractual documentation
- Regulatory compliance records
- Audit logs required for legal or compliance purposes
Such records are retained only for the period mandated by law.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days following verification of identity.
